Shipping Policy
Processing Time All items in our shop are handmade with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping Carriers & Services We ship via USPS using the following services:
- USPS Ground Advantage — Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail — Estimated delivery 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free Shipping Orders totaling $70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at aswsfiberstudio@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim.
